Despite the arrest, bail bond & rejection of AB, my wife did not appear before the trial court. NBW is pending but the police seems disinterested in arresting her. I have filed an RTI about her arrest and also written a letter to the Commissioner of Police.
I also filed a case of 384 (extrotion), 452 (house trespassing) , 347 (wrongful confinement), 504, 323 /34, of I.P.C. & 27 Arms Act on my FIL & BIL.
Today my mother is going to file a case of criminal intimidation on my MIL.
I will be busy for next couple of months in getting the witness statements recorded and getting the cognizance against people who destroyed my family.

I filed an FIR on my both BIL'S at the police station. This is my first police FIR against opposite gang after filing four criminal private complaint cases. I will send the police in a week or so to arrest my BIL'S. The opposite gang called for settlement but they wants to put their terms and conditions. This is the first time that they have approached us. But we refused.

On a lighter side "MY B!TCH" makes it propitiatory while "B!TCH" makes availability to all ;-). That might be 1 re@son LOL

Brother Wellwisher is a good friend of mine, who I've never spoken to or exchanged emails with but I would lay down my life for him regardless.
The last comment is pretty funny with no offense found in it towards him.

One of my friends contacted me soon after his wife left. I wrote a criminal case of criminal trespassing, wrongful confinement, extortion etc for him immediately. The problem with the lawyers is that they waste crucial days to write a case. We filed the case the next day only of the incident and he was able to build enough pressure on the opposite gang. His wife is coming back.

I have filed two cases of anticipatory bail cancellation because my wife got bail by concealing material fact from the court in her AB application.
